Just 10 seconds each day will put you on the path to success
Waking up in the morning, to a bright and beautiful day is a wonderful thing (if you’ve had enough sleep) but how what’s worst thing you could do?
Well, you could wake up feeling rubbish, tired, useless and then expect yourself to perform at your peak level instantly during the day! In simple words – you’re gonna fail!
If you don’t give yourself the real “breakfast” that you need, then you’re not going to succeed at all in that day – well not as much as you’d want to.
As a life coach, here’s what I “prescribe”:
AFFIRMATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s right. Affirmations to motivate and give you confidence will give you all you need – the right start to the day, and putting you on the path to your day’s success. As you wake up in the morning take charge of your thoughts in that early morning awareness before you fully awake.
Just before you get out of bed, repeat your affirmations in your mind. Say them with strong feelings and strong emotion in a state of deep relaxation. If you’ve done this before and haven’t felt the maximum benefit, it’s because you are not saying them with supercharge; just an ordinary approach.
You must choose the right ones for you, phrase them the right way, and say them with strong feeling and in a deep state of relaxation. When you use affirmations correctly their impact will last for at least a few hours - long enough to get you started on the day ahead.
Let me reveal to you my secret habits – the affirmation I use just before I jump out of bed. The following get me into a positive state of mind:
- Positive thoughts bring me the benefits I desire - Negative thoughts have no influence over me - Everyday and in everyway I am getting better and better
To start the day with confidence, I use the following
- I am confident and charming with the people I meet - I radiate confidence and relaxation - I start great conversations easily and effortlessly - I approve of myself and feel great about myself - I have sky-high self-esteem.
Why don’t you try the same? Remember to say these affirmations with feeling and do so quietly inside your head while in that relaxed awakening state. Notice the difference it brings you.
